this was a simple question which has turned into insults and a lesson about BBQ, broilers and slow roasts. Yahoo questions and answers shows some messed up people with passive aggresion behaviour will hijack a platform. Portobella, Crab Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Check out this quick and delicious portobella crab stuffed mushrooms recipe. Its our good friend, L. Beavers favorite.
Ingredients:
•4 Medium Portobello Mushrooms With Stems Removed and Wiped Clean
•6oz. Can Fancy White Crab Meat Drained
•1 8oz. Cube of Cream Cheese
•2 or 3 Chives or Scallions Chopped Fine
•1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
•1 Teaspoon Fresh Parsley Chopped
•Salt and Pepper To Taste
Directions:
Preheat Grill to 350. Place cleaned mushrooms on baking pan topside down. Salt and pepper underside of the mushrooms. In a bowl, mix drained crab meat, cream cheese, chive and paprika to a smooth consistence.
Stuff mushrooms with mixture. Lay tinfoil on grates. Place mushroom on tinfoil and cook for approximately 20 - 25 on the indirect heat until cream cheese starts to turn golden brown on the mushrooms. It is not necessary for the whole mushroom to turn golden brown. Remove from grill and sprinkle with parsley.

LB’s EZ Poultry Marinade (grilled chicken marinades)

Cook's notes: One of the better grilled chicken marinades we've tried is LB's. The vinegar and lemon add a touch of tanginess that is balanced nicely with the honey.
Ingredients:
•1/2 bottle tomato based barbecue sauce (I like Hill Country Fare Mesquite Smoke but use what you like)
•2 or 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
•1 Tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
•1 Tablespoon olive oil
•1 Tablespoon honey
•1 Tablespoon ground black pepper (add 1/2 a teaspoon cayenne if you like it spicy)
•1-2 dash Worcestershire sauce
•Juice from half lemon
Directions: Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Place chicken pieces in gallon freezer bag and cover with mixture for several hours. Grill chicken and reserve marinade for basting.

Note: When cooking cornish game hens with this recipe, make sure ti use LB’s EZ Poultry Marinade
Directions:
2 Cornish game hens, thawed, rinsed and halved. Place in gallon freezer bag and cover with marinade and soak 2-3 hours (overnight is great!). Grill hens cut side down on medium indirect heat for about 45 minutes or until juices run clear, basting often the first 30 minutes.
